OPTING OUT
While Loki will try to use everything in his arsenal to remain a few steps ahead of the people around him, I'm strongly opposed to crossing any kind of boundaries with players who wouldn't like their characters to be Loki'd Down. This is also a place for you to let me know whether you'd rather not get involved with him at all! Please help me keep track of who's up for what with the permissions form below - and remember that I'm always available via PM or Plurk (![[plurk.com profile]](https://plurk.com/favicon.ico) scry) should anything change / if you'd like to work something out OOCly.
Right! Down to brass tacks.
β Loki's powers have been appropriately nerfed by the mods so that his illusion spells will only be effective on anyone without the ability to see through them. This includes illusion mages, named NPCs, etc., so please let me know if your character falls into this category. It could be fun to play with!
β I would never spring his mind-reading ability on your character without plotting it oocly first! Loki gets things wrong all the time and I'm happy to play into that, especially if it's significant enough that it could really mess up his own plans.
β I'll also never spring Sudden Shapeshifting onto your character without plotting it out first. I'll occasionally include a top-level prompt that will start with him in the form of a particularly annoying raven (for example), but I'd always prefer to hash something out OOCly before diving straight in.
β I'm happy to plot things in this post as well as on Plurk or via PM, so if you'd like to drop a comment below to get the ball rolling on some illusion/shapeshifting/mind-reading then please do!
